I am interested in holding a stall, what do I do?

Please fill out a quick application form on this website. We need this initial information to assess your stall and will let you know if we require further information or when you are approved.


What do I need to supply at the market?

  • Your own 3x3m marquee

  • Basic sign

  • Trestle table to display your wares

  • Public Liability Insurance

  • Fire blanket or extinguisher (hot food stalls only)

  • Food Safety Certificate (food stalls only)


How much is it to have a stall?

Prices vary for each market and are listed in a drop-down menu when you go to book, but start at $70 for an artisan stall. Cold and hot food are slightly higher.


Do you have power? 

Yes, please book power when you book your stall site. The cost is $10

I am having trouble booking in, what should I do?

  • Please ensure you select ‘I have already been approved’ rather than ‘Apply for a stall’

  • Check you have set-up your stallholder login correctly (create a username and password)

  • Check if there is a booking password also required

  • If you are still having issues, please contact the office on: and someone will help you out


What time do I bump in?

A detailed bump-in email is sent out a day or two prior to market day, containing all information about what time and what street to enter etc


Do I need a vehicle permit?

  • No

Can I sell soft drink?

Not at any of our markets

Can I sell bottled water?

  • Yes
